Just seen the fight, can't believe he had it 114-113 to Garcia.

    I had it 117-110.

I don't mind Jim Watt, yes he can get on my nerves and yes his scoring is dubious at best but he reminds me of my senile old Auntie and for that reason I forgive him.

Thats not the problem. Watch the Molina-Kirkland fight, it was like collective lunacy at Sky HQ last night where that fight was concerned.

    (Tris Dixon excepted)

Jim Watt: they score aggression over here, they don't like you fighting on the back foot, countering :patsch

Ask Floyd Mayweather he has never lost a fight mostly doing that.

Jim comes out with so much ****, same last night with Danny.

Jim it seems really has lost it, I thought Molina was winning quite comfortably.

I believe Nick Halling has no idea what he's talking about, he just follows what ever Watt says.

Jim Watt is one of the last remaining links to the golden era of the sport on British TV. Thus in the Great tradition of the sport, he has earned the right to make his own call, on his retirement.

His commentary on the Kirkland/Molina fight was utterly abysmal.

This. He is awful at times. Abysmal, but I am so used to hearing him commentate on the big fights that I'll miss him when he retires.
