Get rid of corruption is priority, then stuff like this can be addressed..I honestly think it needs cleaning up and that swearing is near bottom of the list imo

I don't give 2 shits for swearing though and can let it slide without a doubt when watching a fight ! Mongols like Bellew and Froch's wife though, eject them from the arena !

I live in a country where Marijuana is 100% legal, I can buy it online or in a store. and yes I know if in this country (Canada) if two boxers fight buy marijuana legally from an online store or a Marijuana store and take it and test... it counts as a banned substance.

Should they seriously think of omitting Marijuana which has no proof of helping you be a boxer... if anything takes away. Serious Question. Keep in mind I do come from a country where it's legal and as common as drinking beer.

Cannabis smoking can be helpful for some activities such as extreme sports, as it improves muscle relaxation, reduces anxiety, and extincts fear memories (e.g., negative experiences) leading to enhanced performance. It is also worthwhile to note that cannabis smoking improves sleep time and recovery, which may favor performance when an athlete is facing multiple competitions in a short period of time. In light of these positive effects, one can assume cannabis is a doping substance that relaxes the mind and improves recovery (Huestis et al., 2011)

Not only does it have the capacity to aid endurance and muscle recovery, but also it decreases ones sensitivity to physical pain, thus giving a fighter better punch resistance. Alot of banned substances are legal in most countries, but like marijuana, should be banned for athletes due to their performance enhancing effects.

If I got beat by a guy that was high I could live with that.

If I found out he was on powerful roids I may feel it was a lil unfair.

    Power to the people.

    Damn never knew that.
Never knew this, seems CBD in Cannabis could have some very interesting benefits for an athlete or just people who like to keep fit. Only a matter of time before we see a supplement line based on CBD if it doesn't exists already, from recovery supps to pre work outs could be lucrative.

Edit: Just googled it, seems yes there are already companies making products with CBD as sports supplements. Might have to look into it, might help with some of my niggling aches and pains from my gym sessions and runs lol.

Nate Diaz vapes CBD, even at press conferences, as do plenty of others.

If you ingest sufficient amounts, and it's important to stress we're talking quantities and THC content that the average person will never come across, it's even possible to enjoy a Lawrence Okolie fight.

Tyson's victory against Golota was legit in my eyes, officially or otherwise, with or without marijuana.
