I'm not arguing with you mate. I just think a lot of people pretend to be over something when they're not. That might be because they don't want to be a burden on those around them, feeling it's a better look or a host of other reasons.

I also have no idea how he feels in this instance.

Don't bring Tyson in here: you think Tyson would commit suicide?
    That guy's a textbook sociopath.

And nutrition is something extremely overlooked in society: the % of untreated schizophrenics and hypoglycemics in jails is off the charts. Treat these people with nutrition and you'll see them become a normal person.

The number of people, even medical professionals or scientists who understand this is frighteningly small.

There's an excellent chance that simple diet changes alone could see many people released from psychiatric units:

But given this is still barely known in the western world, what chance do impoverished people growing up in the developing world have of accessing such knowledge?

It's true that some people pretend to be over things. It's also true that some do not. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary my preference is to take the matter at their word, but nonetheless, I still think you are conflating forgiveness with being over it!

He is never going to be over it completely, because all the survivors will be irrevocably changed by the incident, but when he's talking about forgiveness he's essentially saying that he's no longer allowing raw anger towards his brother in law to define him or to drive him. It's a position that some people get to via religion or others via therapy and counselling, but it's a sign of healing and progress and it is emphatically not the same thing as being over it.

One other point before I really do leave this. Hatred on that scale is an essentially selfish response. This guy has to look after two orphaned kids who look to him for everything. He doesn't have the luxury of remaining in that state, he has a job to do.

I have immense respect for him.

None needed, you’re quite right I’ve known good friends that have gotten mixed up with the wrong kinda people, myself included but instead of acknowledging this, they became reclusive, bitter and untrusting of folk in general whenever infact it’s was just a small percentage of their town who were into drugs.
Very tough to deal with either way.

Immense respect and given Valero paid the ultimate price with his own death at least took part of it out of his hands and maybe reflect how drugs maybe played a part.
    Presume he’ll be a Catholic?

They do say you are what you eat and there’s truth to that,UK has become like the US full of huge folk, lived in Spain for a time and I don’t remember any of these conditions and allergies nor infact alcoholics when good food and wine was so prevalent.

Re Flouride I’m convinced it’s what caused my dad having Alzheimer’s and osteoporosis.
My dad drank tap water by the gallon in the foundry and having retired he first broke his wrist chopping wood followed by his memory, when I looked into it,it said that flouride can give one brittle bones to the point where doing an everyday job can cause a break, also said it causes Alzheimer’s.
I guarantee the Queen won’t have flouride in her water lol

I agree with this. Pretty unnatural to forgive someone that's killed someone you love. Im sorry if it offends on here but I think them people put too much faith in God(who imo don't exist) and are a bit loopy. Theres also history of him being a nasty individual with people.. I'm sure you( people in general) could find an excuse for everyone that's done something horrific if you delve deep enough, it just don't wash with me, add in the drink and drugs and he don't look so innocent to me, or was it his brain injury that made him do it all :duh

My nan swore tap water was a huge contributing factor to my grandads Alzheimer's, and hers eventually too.. Tap water in the UK has been linked strongly to Cancers as well, me on a bad day think its linked to population control, I know Cancer is I don't care what they say..I'm working on an African womans house at the moment, her husband died last year who was born and bred UK. She had never heard of cancer until moving here !
