Some fighters have better chins than others its that simple , however i do not like the term glass jaw , i prefer chinny , or no chin !!!!!!! But your chin is a major part of your boxing credentials !!!!!
It certainly is a big factor for fighters, but it's dumb how fighters that have a "glass jaw" suddenly become a joke to many people here. Either you have a good chin or not, it's not really something you can work on so why do fighters with a glass jaw automatically become a joke? IMO if you have success as a fighter even though your chin isn't that good, then it should be something to be praised because it means you have the skill and/or the guts to win despite the weak chin. Fighter's who gas out because they don't train well or are overconfident and don't try to improve, fighters who quit or don't have the heart to continue at the slightest sign of adversity, those are the fighters who should be considered as a joke.
