Notice we havent heard from JC in the last few days. Something tells me he is a part of the camp in some way or form.

If the scale is right, let's just hope Golota did not over train and burn too much lean muscle.

Great that is better! 231 seemed like he was overtrained.

It is amazing. Can't wait to see some pics of him. Ya know what I think? That maybe Golota was doing a few 'roids 10 years ago which put him @ 240+-lbs. Now he's clean & down to his natural weight of 230's.
This is great. Physically he's in top condition which will breed some mental strenght. He's gonna be hell on wheels out there. Glad I'm not Irish.

    :!:

OK, it was just a theory!

    241 it is. Perfect.

Damn what's with the traumatizing fales alarms on Golota lately? First there was the Sam Peter thing and then Golota's seemingly amazing weight loss. Can I please catch my breath??:yikes

If there's one thing we can all count on with Golota, he ALWAYS comes into a fight in great shape (bar a couple of rust shakers like the Bates fight).

Kevin McRib is gonna get the living crap beat out of him!

When Goloa looked thick against Bates at 248, many of us thought Golota could never come back down to his usual weight at age 39.

    WRONG!!!!!

241 is a near perfect weight for him. He weighed 242 against Bowe the first time and 238 against Bowe in the rematch. He looked a bit trimmer in the rematch but fought great in both. Golota weighed 241 when he bloodied T-Rex Sanders.

39 years old and he can still come in great shape. Amazing!!!!!

Seeing Golota can still get into great shape makes me want to get off my fat ass and start hitting the weights and cardio.

But I think I'll weight til after the holidays.

    :D
