Is this a coincedence? Domngo agrees to leave the express if Golota beats Mcbride. Golota Beats Mcbride and now this "Newbie" suddenly appears shortly after Golotas victory and starts to taunt a Golota fan. I wonder what sort of reply this "Newbie" will have to this post?:huh What a freekin mystery right?

Golota is big, white, and he gave Riddick Bowe fits 10 years ago!
He deserves at least a few title shots soon .....:deal

Thats so good to hear, JC. Golota's staying real active, he's serious...he's having fun. Just keep working his ass off getting better everyday. This is what he's meant to do. To fight. Kick ass...

I wish he would describe Andrews performance in the first round. He looked very shaky. The rest of the fight was just a one sided beating.:good

Do any of you know if any North American satellite carier includes Polsat Sport OR Sport Plus (apparently the biggest sport channel in Poland) in their packages? Currently I have Dish Network and they include Kino, Polsat2, ITVN and TVN24, but I am hunting for an all sport Polish channel that can deliver Golota's fights in Poland (also would love to watch some live Volleyball as Polish men and women teams seem to be entering a golden age in that sport). :think

    And that's all that matters!

But seriously, I think good ol' McBride surpised Andrew early on with his handspeed and punch accuracy, while seemingly binded in clinches. And when McBride lands his punches he can potentially put anyone down. Golota also made mistakes early on by standing right in front of him, hoping to reciprocate McBride's powershots, instead of being mobile and using his jab to set up combos. When he started doing that after the 1st round, he made it clear that there was only one A-level fighter in the ring.

Well I think there is more to it. We all know he trained hard. I Wondering if he took Mcbride lightly on fight night and did not warm up properly. He woke up quickly and realized if he crumbles now its over, no more chances.

If that should happen against a live opponent and he gets wobbly a ref could stop the fight and rob Andrew of his last title run. He needs to stop being a slow starter and change his thinking for every first round from here on in.

AG stated in the post fight interview, with that annoying DK commentator Bob "the Colonel" Sheridan, that McBride was faster then he thought he would be and that he was less ackward then he expected, in the first round. We know Andrew is a boxing buff and watches a lot of boxing fights live, having a good knowledge of most HW fighters. To him, McBride's first round was uncharacteristic of the way he usually fights (slower, less accurate shots and more ackwardness), so it surprised him a bit. Good thing AG adjusted and decided to start executing Colonna's gameplan, otherwise he would have been toast. For all his deficiencies, McBride is a very tough and courages fighter.

I think you need a reality check. Events in boxing are fluid and even signed contracts are liable to be severed. The reality here is that, who ever JC is, he has always broken the news before it actually hits the press or the internet.

In the instance that you are refering to JC was dead on correct with his news, because a few hours later ESB was abuzz with info of Golota fighting Peter, gained from other unofficial sources. A day later, an official confirmation was made by King as well as the Peter and Golota camps. Showtime ultimatly cancelled the fight. So while JC's conclusions about the news might have been a little premature(but this is understandable given that the contracts were signed and what Showtime did was unforseen), his actual facts were absolutly correct.

His fate is identical to that of all the best news brakers' - who ever breaks their news first, will ultimatly see it change the most, because news develops and changes with time. Over the years, JC has proven time and again that his information is so quick and accurate, it can only be gained by a Golota insider(either that or he's a damn good psychic). You're trying to create controversy where none exists, as JC has long established himself as the official newsbraker for this forum. I think we are lucky to have him as his news always injects more steam and energy that keeps this Express rolling. In short, JC always has:
