Ok, I'm posting it, but there is small chance it's gonna happen, but:

    Sam Peter-Oleg Mastkaev
    Vitali Klitschko-Andrew Golota

going to be on Showtime, maybe on PPV even, but small chances, unless there will be huge amount of money.

    What?:yikes

Is this the fight Golota wants? Maybe he has no fear of Klitschko. Maybe a war between Poland & the Ukraine is what he dreams about. If its true, AG better have all the anger of centuries worth of Poles built up inside of him, ready to unleashed that wrath on the big Ukranian's skull.

So AG vs Meehan is Dec., & AG vs Vitali in 2008? Should he get by VK, I guess a title shot will definitely be in order!

    :!:

****, if that fight happens it'll be a killer! ... and if Big Andrew Golota can get by Vitaly he'll own the division. Can't get my hopes too high...

As tempting as Vit- Golota would seem, I think a better course would be for Golota to fight Meehan and then Iggy. We all have to remember that this is Golota's last shot.

You know the same saying was after Golota lost to Tyson, to Byrd, to Ruiz, to Brewster, ....
the truth is, Golota still may lose to Vitaly, but if he give him taugh fight and land him
on the canvas at least one time it will be enough to get immediate shot at Wlad afterwards :deal

Yep, as long as Big Andrew avoids meltdowns, freezes, and getting iced, it's an automatic advance...

He's the only ****in guy ever to advance on losses.

From Meehan (assuming Golota beats Meehan, which is likely) to Vitali is a big mistake if the plan is to finally get Golota a titleshot.

Vitali will take Golota apart in grand fashion, inative or not.

I think this would be a big money, very in demand fight, sure, but it would not be a good move for Golota, cause, as has been said, this probably his last shot. A shot they shouldn't blow by picking an undoable course of action.........Golota would probably give Ibragimov a very competitive fight, if not beat him, but Vitali would derail the Golota Express in about three rounds.

Vitali will be a waste of time. I hope AG is taking this into consideration. The guy has not been able to through how many of his last training camps???? It's been so many that I can't even remember? 4? 5? Why does he think 6 is his lucky number? Golota could get prepared and ready to go for a few months just to have the bout to be pulled out from under him.

I think he should stay away from him either way though. I don't think a win would do him any justice- no one would give him credit for the win...and rightfully so. I mean...no one knows what the guy has left? Everyone would say he beat an old, inactive, injury prone Vitali. The cards don't stack up on this one. Def not worth it.

Good post, old timer. :good Agreed, AG should not press his luck against such a monster sized power puncher like Vitali.

I'd like to write more, but I gotta go have an Ale!:blurp
