However, Golota looks painfully slow in this work out. I dunno, maybe it was filmed near the end of his workout and he was tired, but man he looks slow. I know he's 40 and all...

Well like most Golota interviews he was a man of little reaction. Basically he said Mollo is a young fast hungry figther. this is a fight he plans and should win however many times in the past he has felt this way and ended up loosing. I also was not happy with his workout but again this was early and who knows.
