One of the first fighters I started following and pulling for in boxing when I was a kid. Lots of tough times, especially when you know he could do it, and pull off a win, but chose not to. Any Golota fan who has followed him from the start will tell you it was an emotinal rollercoaster..... brings a tear to the eye :|

    :yep

Besides that Golota seems like a real cool, funny guy, anyone who has ever met him has nothing but good things to say about him.

It's nice to finally see him doing the things that he has not done before, although so late in his career.

    Go Andrzej!!!!

How 'bout that 12th round?:happy Golota, as tired as he was, mustered up the energy to punctuate the fact that he kicked Mollos butt, even through the kid got in a few right hand beauties. Mollo looked 40 yrs old at the end. Not AG.

Polski News on him? Pummler, where are you??????????????/:huh

Only thing I saw on Golota so far is that he said from the 8th round on he couldnt see anything out of the bad eye, and was fighting more on instinct then anything else. He also said Mollo was quicker then he had expected.

Chagaev can take one more optional defense before mandatory bout and Valuev-Lyakovich will not be ready to fight in April. If it doesn't happen, then there will be one more tune-up. Golota will have 2 or 3 fight more this year.

Did you like what you saw last night? Very good 12th round for AG. He needs to keep working hard & maybe his speed will improve a bit. He showed good stamina by pouring it on in the 12th. Really happy for him.

We need news about the condition of his eye.:deal

please don't. I think Golota would be a perfect opponent for either Klitschkos. It would be a murder. Sorry guys but as much as I like Andrew I am 100% sure he would get seriously hurt by Klitschkos. Bring on evryoneelse but Klitschkos

    Congratulations AG!! :happy

Golota showed heart and courage by winning with his left eye completely closed.

I really hope Golota gets to fight for a title soon.

Although it wasn't noticeable in the McBride fight, Golota has gotten slower. He needs to improve on speed and mobility for next fight.
And defence too! He got hit with too many punches.

    Great fight!!!!

Only complaint is exactly what i thought it would be. Randy Neuman, that guy was a compete ******. He warned Mollo for clinching like half way through the fight even saying he was going to take a point and this idiot never actually did anything about it after that point. If not for Neuman, Mollo would have been KO'ed by the end of 9th at the latest. I really liked Arthur Mercante Jr, the job he did vs McBride i thought he was really fair.

Thanks Neuman for stealing away Golota KO!!
