When I first heard Golota was making a comeback I was nearly in shock. After the Tyson fiasco, I never expected him to show his face in another boxing ring ever again. I thought he looked fairly good against his two comeback fights (T.Lewis and Nixon). He was far from the old Golota, but he still had some quickness and his jab looked fairly snappy. I thought a match-up against against Byrd for the title was a bit premature because Golota needed a couple more fights after the layoff, but I thought it was the perfect opportunity for him against a fairly safe opponet because Byrd couldnt hurt Golota. I thought Golota won by at least 2 rounds.

    What about you?

Her mother is an attorney and the father is a renowned "world class" heavyweight, and she resides in an upscale Chicago suburban neighborhood. I hope you got some credentials. ;)

I would tell her "I've supported your nutjob of a father thick and thin for 12 utterly disappointing years. There's your damn credentials. Now for all this, can I at least get a date???"

    :hey

I think Golota could have done a bit more in both Ruiz and Byrd fights to secure a victory and take the champions title. Regarless, he won both of those fights fair and square but got jived. :-(

Against Byrd he did enough, but against Ruiz he should have secured a win in the later rounds. Nevertheless, he won both fights.

Good to see Golota has progressed to #8 in the rankings. But what the hell is this train doing on page #2??? Golota's on a 3 fight winning streak and we are NOT dust collectors.

    :nono

    Go Golota

The best part about the Ruiz fight was watching Norman Stone completely lose it.

"What a ****in' piece of **** you turned out to be. What a ****in' PIECE OF ****!!!! You got no balls you cocksucker!!!!!!!"

    Classic Norman!!!
