***The Official Golota Express! Bowe-Golota II - 19 years ago today***

With no Golota news lately, I figured its time to talk to Ziggy & find out whats up.

Unfortunately, he didn't have much to tell me. Basically, he said they are trying to figure out a battle plan. Things are confusing now, with Peter maybe having to fight Vitali & Chagaev being ordered to fight Valuev. So it looks like one at least 1 more tune up, maybe more, but I couldn't pull any names from him.

But he did say that Golota is still into it, he's training & still wants one more chance at a title.

I meant to mention the possibility of him stepping in for Mesi on April 4th (ESPN FNF's), but forgot.

No problemo...Just wish the guy had more to say. He really should look into fighting on FNF's, stepping in for Mesi against Terry Smith on April 4th. Smith is 36 yrs old, 6'-2" with a 30-4 record.

Could you imagine AG on FNF's? I don't think he'd do it...BUT HE SHOULD! Think of the interview between Teddy & Andrew. I just know Atlas would ask him some stupid question. Maybe AG low blows him!

ya hear that? Tell Andrew to contact ESPN for that April 4th fight. He needs to stay busy & keep improving.

Its only 17 days away & I highly doubt AG would take a fight on that short of notice. But you never know with Golota.

Sorry, I know this is off-topic but Tyson and Holyfield are fighting? That is the first I heard of this. Wow!

 

If that were the case, either he or we would be 6 ft under by now.

 

I don't know about that happening. Recent pic of Tyson shows him sporting a 4 ft wide arse & probably 300+ lbs.

That was actually my idea! Terry Smith is perfect for the big guy and will get his name out there even more. Plus, if Golota has already been training I bet his sparring partners are pushing him more than this guy.

Its just good to hear from Jetski that Andrew is still in the gym training. I have a feeling good things are going to break this year from Golota!
