Lets just all pray that Steve Smoger is the ref., so as soon a Peter goes to the back of the head, the 1st warning will be issued. And after a few more times, Golota finally wins a HW Championship belt by

Well, whatever happens, let's enjoy this last go at it!

I'm hard-pressed to envision Golota getting a 6th chance at this. His clock is ticking, but as they say, better late than never!

    GO GOLOTA!!

That's what I'm talkin' about! Golota is 40 years old and should have retired many moons ago. THis is without a doubt his very last comeback. Win, lose or draw let's not get too worried about the outcome and instead celebrate our last hurrah after so many glorious Golota years! In my eyes Golota already won the championship belts against Byrd and Ruiz and then came back against Mollo and surprised everyone showing great courage and heart. He has nothing more to prove. THe final chapter of Golota's crazy rollercoaster ride career is ending. Let's celebrate!!!!

Bring on Peter!!!!! Golota will kick his ass!!!!!!!!!!

Mollo will soon be working as a janitor at the local chicago gym telling stories how he "jacked Andrew Golota's eye."

    NICE CARTOONS!:good

    Question?
We all know what happened to a younger AG vs L Brewster. Does todays Golota have more of a chance to beat Peter, who is not as good as Brewster was the night he clocked AG?

    I think he does...:happy

Since the Brewster disaster, Golota has since learned the importance of covering up while still cold and early in a fight! He did this perfectly against Blow-mo. I am quite sure Sam (who must have been equally devestated watching Golota Brewster in Chicago) will work even harder at this. If Golota can get past the fist round, I believe he has a chance to beat Peter!

Yeah, I think he'll do OK with Peter. Just imagine what the Golota that fought Bowe would do to this guy? You saw how Wladdy rocked his ass late in their fight...well, Golota would do that in round 2, just as he pretty much always did years ago. He always seemed to uncork a good one early in his fights.

    Golota-Bowe 2
    Golota-Ruiz
    Golota-Grant
Golota-Mollo (hurt him with a nice right hand in the 2nd round)
    Golota-Sanders

You are right, Golota has a pattern of hurting his guy early in a fight. Unfortunately he's one of the most horrible finishers ever...:tired

I have a hard time seeing a 40 year old finish a young and durable bull like Peter, but he can definitely get his attention and respect.

For all his deficiencies, Peter has superior power, chin and is (arguably) more determined than Golota. He is also a better finisher, when he smells blood. I am not sure you can deny him that. When you factor in AG's age and his declining speed, this may be the toughest fight of Golota's career (well, outside of the Lewis match of course). Yet his improved determination, defence and stamina may surprise us all.

Wait a minute! Didn't AG finish like a animal against Mollo? He was pouring it on in the 12th. With one good eye & a camel toe.:!:

I think Golota needs one more confidence booster regardless of the opponent. Someone needs to call up Owen Beck so the big guy can treat him like a pinata for a couple of rounds before breaking him open!

No one is more focused amongst the heavywights than Golota right now. Here's a guy who's been through it all and doesn't need the money. He's on a mission to eliminate competitors one by one no matter how tough they are.
