OK, thanks. Having a bad day & kinda depressed, so I have nothing positive to offer, other than like Loufatski said, Golota would be more of a task to handle than Foreman was. Plus, Andy's had some serious skills compared to Formans terrible punching technique. You gotta remember, Ali wasn't that big & Golota is prob bigger than George. AG had some fast hands back in '96 & if he fits Ali flush, it'll rock his kin-folk back in Africa.

Those Damn Klitschko's! I hated those *******s from the 1st minute I learned about them. This is just terrible that AG might have to wait a long time to get his shot. But at least he sounds more positive than I feel at the moment.

    ((((((GO GOLOTA))))))

According to this new interview, a July Golota-Peter match does not sound too likely. :?

No cause for panic. What is Golota's next option?

    Thanks.

Chances have dropped but I'm still holding out hope. Regardless, he's got to get back in the ring fairly soon. The good news is that he doesn't sound like he's down or considering retirement.

And Golota wouldn't gotten GASSED the way Big George did. With Ali doing the rope-a-dope, he doesn't last as many rounds with AG doing the pounding & Golota won't gas out! If Norton could break Ali's jaw, God knows what Andrew does to him.

He going to be patient. He's going to keep himself in shape. If he stays @ 250 & he said thats all solid muscle he's added for power, it will be no problem to drop 10 lbs for added speed & stamina come fight time, he'll be fine.

Extra muscle for extra power?! Oh boy!

Some fights with recogizable names will come along to get him sharper for when the time comes to get a crack at somebody with a belt. At this stage, maybe AG doesn't care who it is. Even Wlad. If he makes his mind up to be forceful in there, he could even make Wlad blink, I know it.

Anywho...I don't see Duva letting his boy take a stay active fight against someone with Golota's reputation. And thats too bad.

Now that the Peter fight seems on the unlikely side, Shannon Briggs would be a good plan B. THey were wanting Briggs, but I think Briggs was wanting Peter. But with Peter not an option for either, why not Briggs Golota, now? King handles both, so that would be an easy fight to make, assuming neither is too weary of the other.

Two big heavy punchers who are both looking to get back in the title mix.

Golota ought to start mouthing Briggs in the press. As cocky as Briggs is, I doubt he'd let it go, he'd have something bold and cocky to say back. This could quickly be built into a nice big feud between these two. A seething cauldron of heavyweight hate. LOL

So it seems like Peter might be "ducking" Golota.

    I love Andrew, he's awesome.

Too bad Sam Peter's scared of him.

Didn't Briggs want to fight Mollo instead? I don't think he's to eager to fight Andrew. Your strategy of **** talking is worth a try though

Indeed, the word around here is that when Mollo is done vacationing, he is to prepare for Briggs.

You watch if Peter stiffs Andrew and fights someone else in July, watch him show up for the fight badly out of shape and lose to a no body like JD Chapman.

Andrew has had some bad run of luck. I still think that the Chagaev-Valuev winner is a much better match up for him.
