Joe Cool must be out skiiing..........LOL

I think Liakhovitch still has some fights left in him, and if he can get himself prepared, I see him being the toughest opponent of the three mentioned for King's proposed eliminator thing.

Liak took some great shots against Brewster and most agree he really BEAT Brewster., and Liak outboxed Guinn quite handily, so he's not only a tough SOB, but he is also not a bad fighter........as well as having good stamina.......from what I've seen............... He was also beating Briggs, as has been said, but wreckelessly got caught by a monster punch, late.........that can happen to any fighter who is exhausted in the 12th round.

I see Liak's Valuev preformance as being dismal, yes, but its hard to look even decent agaisnt Valuev, given his long and VERY impressive jab, and immense size. Valuev is not only the proud owner of a VERY long and far reaching jab, its also quick and apparently hard to deal with. So I take little away form Liak for that fight, even though I feel Liak probably was not as prepared as he could have been/should have been. To summarize, I think he's still may yet be credible and able to compete on this level, if he takes his conditioning and preparation dead seriously. He's not too old, either. As has been said, he does need to work on his conditioning. I am not talking make himself into a Frank Bruno, but surely to GOD he could benefit from some weight trainging to build his shoulders and punching power. He looks very weak and fragile through the upper body, especially considering the guy's he is in there with.

But first, I hope Golota gets Meehan or TOS to boost his confidence on, cause I see TKOing either one of them. But Meehan is probably all cocky and full of himself, now that he destroyed TOS so dramatically. It'll take the hard Golota one-two to deflate his ego, a bit, before TKOing him.

That's my take on it, anyway.

    Go, GOLOTA!

It may wind up being DaVaryll Williamson, I think. Possibly Meehan, or maybe even Lyakhovich.

Out of all those names, S.L. would be the stiffest test and a nice prep. for a title shot. The rest of the names are just journeyman and former gate keepers.

I cannot say, but it is a reliable source. Talks were under way for such, it's just a matter of whether or not that actually happens.

I personally believe there is a very good chance it might be Touch of Sleep.

Meehan is the highest ranked out of him, Williamson and Liakhovich...I'd like that one.

On the other hand, Meehan is possibly the best hitter of the three so Golota would need to make sure he's got his sensible head on. The Mollo fight was encouraging in that Golota didn't get rattled by the early flurry from his opponent and rode it out.
