Yeah, just do what I do and click on Views in the right hand corner and you get posts sorted by decreasing size. And there you have TOGE in the number one slot by a long shot at the very top of the page.

No more searching page by page for me. :hat

And I agree, this post has as many lives as Golota. You can't keep it down!

Lots of people hate this Golota "worship". I, myself, so do not understand sometimes what lures me in. I think it's a combination of how pumped up I get when he enters the ring and then the suspense to see either castration, getting iced, or losing by robbery. Any things goes with this ****in guy.

I re-watched the Golota McBride fight one more time last night. I like to watch his last three fights on occasion because obviously these show us where Golota stands today as a fighter and gives us a chance to see how he would do currently in any potential big fight to come. His prior fights are great to watch but those are past glories/failures and he's not that same fighter anymore.

A couple of things I came away with was that Golota is still a fabulous boxer and great volume puncher, even at this age. He doesn't put everything into his punches but concentrates on accuracy, which is the type of fighter he's always been I guess. But it's strange because I actually think Golota is really a welterweight trapped in a heavyweight's body. He still has plenty of pop in his punches but likes to wear a guy down before he throws the heavy leather.

I must also say that Golota was really rocked in that fight on a couple of occasions though. The prior times I viewed the fight on Youtube I couldn't tell how much power went into those punches, from both fighters really, because the feed was so bad. But watching them on DonkingTv.com you could really hear the punches. Golota was really lucky to have escaped that first round. I didn't think so before, but he certainly was.

That being said at least we know he still takes a tremendous punch, but his slow starts continue to scare me.

Anyway, my conclusion is that he can still give anyone a tough fight and still has a decent chance to win a belt.

Golota needs to have a stay busy fight right now.

Then he can fight for a title at the end of the year.

I would be thrilled if Golota was fighting Owen Beck, Dominick Guinn, or even Ray Mercer at this point.

Even a rematch against Jack "night club dancer" Basting is starting to look acceptable. :p

I'm starting to think Golota isn't worth dwelling on.

I have a suspicion Golota will not be fighting August or September...:?

    Maybe October...?

I hope not! All I can remember is that the Tyson-Golota debacle happened in October, as did the Lewis-Golota debacle!

    :patsch

But....they may have Golota waiting on standby, assuming Vitali doesn't make it through training camp.
