Well, Sam knows Golota's boxing as well as anyone except for maybe Bloodworth.

Whatever happened with Bloodworth? Weren't there rumours that he and Golota were to be reunited at some point?

This is true. I remember being concerned when he fought meatballs like Eli Dixon and Marcus Rhode.

If Austin knows how to do one thing it is survive. He took a dive against Klitschko because he was scared and he knew he was going to lose. Austin will be dangerous for a couple of rounds then he will just loaf around and Golota will be able to out-hustle him with his jab and combination punching.

Yea, that was weird against Wlad. He was doing well I thought. Suddenly, he took a couple of hooks and it was over.

Despite upcoming bout with austin, what dou you think about Andrew serious chances against Valuev, if the fight comes up. I spent a long saturday night in london, drinking very strong home made wodka, smokin some good stuff and talkin boxing with my old friend (boxing trainer) who I came to visit. We are both andrew huge fans and from time to time talking Andrews career our hearts take over minds but this night weve got to this critical point that Andrew my have it very hard to pull out a victory against big russian. Why???, here's some thoughts:

    - Valuev is a very tall guy, I think it my be imposible to knock him out, look how he bent his knees in every fight, ok it must be possible to get him hurt but it is a long way from to put him down on the ground
-I think he is highly underrated as a fighter, people dont like him mainly because the way he is, and how he present him self as a fighter.....even if I just hate him
-Despite all the love for Andrew Im not really shure he coudl do it the Chagaev way (i think nikolay lost it mainly by being afraid of Ruslan, it all loked like he lost a mind game in that fight), Im little concerned how andrew coudl trade a jab with this guy as the dirty pole is no longer as slick as he was
-andrew woudl have to do something more than ever to pull this one off

maybe its not all , and styles make fights, and andrew coudl get it done somehow but I just do not see it how now and we get some more views after austin. What do you think???,

Golota needs to get KTFO in the locker room before any fight. He was in a coma 1st round with McBride.

The best ever Golota interview was the one after the Tyson fight.

    So...you guys getting giddy?

Think it's a bit of a long shot but it would certainly be something if Golota got the shot. Have to train like a demon to do it though, big difference between fighting Austin and fighting Wlad.

Golota's problem is he still starts out slow and cold. He also lost some of his mobility and he gets hit a lot more than he used to. Other than that Golota is the thicker, more durable guy, and he can easily put the pressure on. Mental issues is another story but I think G-man has matured.
