Extra pressure on Golota now. It's almost an unfair situation, not only does he need to beat Austin but he won't want to risk taking any lasting damage doing so as he'll only have 6 weeks to get ready for Valuev. He won't have any down time, just get right back on the treadmill and get in some big guys to prepare for Valuev.

I'm hugely opposed to Valuev-Holyfield. I wanted Golota to beat Austin anyway, but now it's even more crucial. Valuev and King are practically begging Golota to win as well.

GO GOLOTA!

Valuev Team statement!
:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy
Boris Dimitrov, Nikolai Valuev's manager has informed Fightnews.com of new details involving Valuev's upcoming fight in December: "Nikolai, I and Don King, as before, we oppose a Valuev-Holyfield fight. This is the initiative of Sauerland Event. They wish to make this fight because of money. I wish to find a worthy contender for the boxer. I can inform you that Nikolai will fight on December 20th this year in the Swiss city Zürich. As far as I know, there are restrictions on age for professional boxers in Switzerland. The fight will not be in Germany. Don King and I want a fight with Andrew Golota. Yes, on November 7th Golota will box against Ray Austin, but Don King considers that in one and a half months he can be ready to fight with Valuev. If Golota refuses, we will agree on a fight against Holyfield."

Yep, I was very happy when I read this today. They have a plan & the wheels are set in motion. Golota's in the drivers seat & in complete control of his own destiny. He needs to get through the Austin fight with as little trouble as possible. Showing some dominance would be nice.

IT'S FIGHTWEEK, FELLOW GOLOTAFANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:happy :happy :happy

The Final Chapter to be read, before we can open page one of his Final Novel...Valuev.

That's good, thought fears about weight seemed a bit unfounded.

Anyone know how Austin's been getting on?

So how are we watching this?

Are any networks going to carry this anywhere in the world?

What are the names of the networks and how can they be viewed? (Cablevision, Comcast, Direct tv, dish network etc.)

Lets get this squared away as soon as possible!!!

Excellent! When I heard he wanted to be 248 against Austin to have more bang on his punches, I didn't like the idea. He'd be slower & have less stamina. Coming in at his usual 240+/- will allow Golota to float like a butterfly & sting like a Sherman Tank!

(((((((((((GO GOLOTA)))))))))))
