Why? Buddy brings something new to the table? And I think that right now he could devote a lot of time to Golota.

FYI, for all who cared to know. I am a hugh Golota fan and I am NOT Polish! Golota is a good guy that if you ever spent ten minutes talking to I think most people would like.

And not only that, when he wins, he gets a pretty decent ranking, just over beating Briggs, being that hes a former champ and has decent rankings in the WBO, would put Golota in a pretty good sitauation.

I think it is obvious Golota doesn't need to climb in the reankings too much
as he didn't against Bysrd/Ruiz/Brewster. If Golota wins impressively vs
McBride and then KO next oponent whever this wouldnt be (Mehan/Beck/Briggs)
it will be enough to setup a title shot for him vs anyone.

Right now, yea. The division is a mess, and this is the best time for Golota to get a title shot, with not to much work.

Did anyone else see the McBride interview and the tape of the press conference that is at the site that talks about all 15 rounds of boxing?

One of the things that McBride said in his interview was that Buddy McGirt might be in his corner...does anyone else no about this story?

Golota was also a man of few words at the press conference.

Golota have problems speaking in public, so few words are just enough.

Got a link? Oh, Golota doesn't like to talk much in public because sometimes he gets nervous and stutters, etc.

Nah, Golota is a nervous guy who tends to get short. I think that might be one of the reasons he tends to foul.

    1. Showtime will air it to boost ratings.
    2. Golota can't quit.
    3. Golota can't be KO'ed.
