Just to clarify: This is Polsat sport or Polsat extra, neither of which are available in the US or North America. We only have regular Polsat here which will NOT be airing this fight.

So, its back to Sopcast for us. Sorry to disappoint.

Check that..............I was completely wrong!!!!! Its on regular Polsat, meaning that we will be able to see it! :hammertime

hey man it seems like it is on Polsat Sport extra, with what I think in poland just might be avialable for extra money. Im in no better position coz at the moment I live in london . Spotcast is the only way. I doubt that many people in poland got PSExtra even if thay pay for polsat set but Im not sure.

I don't envy you. I thought in England you would have most Polish channels considering the number of Poles there. Most people in the US can get regular Polsat through their cable or satellite providers. In Canada, its only available through FTA satellites, although i hear its coming to cable soon. I'm glad i got my FTA last year, or it would be no Golota for me on Friday, not to mention no championship boxing at all (no HBO or Showtime in Canada).

yeah...only if you buy and bring your own Polsat set+dish and all that ****. I never bothered. Main problem in england is that non of major sat providers got the same satellite tune than polsat. It just dosn't work...****

Golota's heavy hands might feel like 10 "pound" gloves...

There is a bit of a problem: I just checked the Polsat schedule/tv guide on my FTA receiver and it does not list any boxing for Friday. It's very possible that the boxing event is a recent change that occured after Polsat submitted their schedule to TV guide (this happens often when it comes to live events). After all, Polsat's website does list the boxing event on that day as being on regular Polsat. On the other hand, I have heard from someone that the Polsat we receive here in North America (along with all the other Polish channels) are really streamlined, compressed versions of the Polsat that people get in Poland. Let's hope that they will not cut out the boxing, out of the Polsat shown here in North America.

I have an FTA satellite, through which I basically receive the full programming lineup from Dish Network. To my understanding, most satellite and cable providers in the States offer Polsat and other Polish channels as part of their international packages. The Polish channels are digital so to add them will be very quick without the visit of a technician (assuming you have a digital cable box). I would suggest going to your cable provider's website and looking at their full line up of channels to see if they carry them. If they do just call them and you will have it within 5 minutes (along with a bigger bill at the end of the month).

Update: It seems your cable company only carries a single polish channel (TV Polonia) in their lineup :conf...........ouch. You will have to watch it on Sopcast then.

I will be recording the fight on my usb stick and can upload the file somewhere on the internet. The file will be in a certain format and will need to be converted so you can watch it on your computer.........but it should be doable. :D
