Hell we know Golota. This injury is a pure fake. Unbelievable, that some people build theories on it. Completely bogus. Golota lost, because he is **** and was ****. Only blind people really thought he could achieve anything.

It's not his bicep or arm, it's brain that got busted. It's more of a psychological thing. It's hard to believe he got injured in the first round. His loss to Brewster was simply repeated. Austin was a smart badass.

He could of if he survived the first round and then took the second round a little and than by that time Gay Austin would of been tired from the Brewster plan but **** all props to Ausitn i guess my man lost. ;(

I REALLY HOPE we won´t have to see this clown fighting for a belt EVER... well, I was refering to Austin, but thought twice and it´s to BOTH!!!!! Golota´s defense is NONEXISTENT or USELESS at best, and Austin´s chin is even WORSE. Pure garbage. Anyone thinks different? COMMENTS ARE WELCOME. Thanks in advance.

You don't need to F***** paper title to tell people you was a champ. Golota was a great HWT boxer. He had some great moments, he gave many fans a lot of excitement and memories. He opened the door for the Eastern Europeans to do well in professional boxing in the US, Golota and Kostya Tszyu were the first two who showed they could compete and beat the best of America and the world. Before the Klitschkos there was Golota. Golota came from nothing and became someone. The memories and videos of what a Great Fighter Golota was are history and will live forever.

Golota a great fighter? No way. Who has he beaten? He was a name because of his many awful scandals. He was entertaining, but no way he was as good as many people think.

Go **** yourself. The man is 40 years old and beat Byrd and Ruiz for the titles. No credit given. Get the **** out of here.

Yes, he's 40, but he's no Hopkins at 43. Reality bites, my friend. Golota should have retired a long time ago. Anyway, your consolation is he's a winner in this longest running thread in ESB.

Here's the video. Judge for yourselves.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIvb-7WuOoQ

To me, there is no question that he injured his left hand before getting into trouble against Austin. Take a look around 25 seconds. Comparing this fight to the Brewster fight is totally inappropriate, not only because of the obvious hand injury but also because Golota continued to fight after the knock down, from which he got up right away. It was only after he went to the corner that the fight was stopped.

Usually when we hear about injuries in this context we know they are bogus and made up after the fight to save face. In this case, just look at the video and see for yourself. A fighter does not look away from his opponent and then looks at his hand in the middle of an exchange, if something is not terribly wrong with it.

Another one of Rummy's expresses derailed.....:rofl

It looked more like it was his upper arm than his hand. He keep looking at his upper arm not his hand....It may have been a muscle spasm...

You're right. It was more like his upper arm.
