Compare how Golota looked in this fight to his fight against Norris, just after the car accident. He looked terrible and actually struggled against Norris. I remember reading an interview with Roger Bloodworth some time after the Norris fight and he talked about how bad Golota looked against Norris compared to the Golota he trained.

This fight and the Grant fight are the last we would ever see of a prime Golota.

    WHY WHY WHY????

You mean does he still have a nack for punching people in the nads? Don't know. But he's at least managed to keep from doing it inside the ring.

I think I have the solution for Andrew... stop overtraining and save it for the ring. Just weights and conditioning. He's getting old and he has yet to adjust to a new style of boxing again. At least the skill is bred in him. He'll probably ride another wave and I predict it'll be close to a year after his injury. He needs the time at 41. I injured both my arms on a rowing machine maxing out at 850 watts. Everytime I step it up the pain returns. I'm 42, it's brutal.
