I think most of us die hard fans have given up on him several times. I wondered if he'd continue after the Lewis embarassment. But I thought for sure it was over after Tyson, Brewster and Austin. At this point I only want him to go out on a high note. A win in what's called 'The Polish Fight Of the Century' would be just that. But if he loses, oh well, he was old and shot. We'll still hear about him in the newspapers from time to time. :silly

Who are you rooting for JETSKI?

I was torn for a long time on this. I wanted Adamek to win because he has more of a future, but at this point, I really hope Golota stops him and I believe he will.

If I thought Adamek had a real future as a HW maybe i'd root for him......Nope, actually I wouldnt! I can't root against Andrew, I've invested too much time and Golota-holism into the guy.

****, even if MY MOM squared off against Golota I'd still find myself rooting for him to knock her the **** out. :silly

Too bad i'm stuck down here in Texas.

I believe most of you guys are on the east coast, it'd be cool to get together and watch what might be Golota's last fight somewhere.

I know you're a big time Adamek fan. I am, too.

But come on! When push comes to shove, how can you not root for ol' Andy? We've been rooting for him for almost 14 years.

Did you even know much about the Mighty Adamek before the night Golota was bludgeoned by Brewster? I didn't. And hell, we did not even get to watch that fight that night.

I like both fighters, so in the end, I will be happy for whomever wins, but my loyalty is with the Golota, and I suspect you'll find rooting against Golota to be a much tougher proposition than you realize.

    In any case....

    GO GOLOTA!!!

    OK...how's this:

Lets have Golota win. Adamek doesn't give up at HW & comes back to have a few good wins against quality contenders & then gets a shot at Wlad & KHTFO.

    I'm a very happy camper!:!:

I can live with this. :good

But if Golota does beat Adamek, I think this will most likely indicate that he should move back down to cruiser.

    So how's this.

Golota beats Adamek. Golota goes on to beat Wlad and retires, Adamek returns to Cruiserweight and compiles a dozen successful defenses over a 5 year period.

I love it! But if that transpired, after AG beats Wlad, I won't be around to enjoy Adamek's run, cause I'll have heart failure seeing Golota beat WK!

:hey What a way to go...Definitely die with a smile on my face.

They say fourty's the new thirty. I'd say that automatically gives us Golota fans another fifteen years minimum before he even BEGINS the George Forman plan. After 13 years we aint even half way near the end. :hey
