***The Official Golota Express! Bowe-Golota II - 19 years ago today***

All bullshitting aside, I really am not sure at all what will happen in this fight. There are two major unknowns:

1. What does Golota have left? How's the left arm?

2. How will Adamek do as HW?


It's impossible for anyone to know the answers to these for certain, we can only speculate. So it's really hard to make any kind of prediction. For all I know, Adamek might shock the **** out of us by showing us one of the best HWs we've seen since Wlad emerged and beat the living **** out of an old Golota. Remember, Adamek not only young, but HUNGRY. OR, this weight is all wrong for Adamek and Golota size and power will be too much for him.

I too am happy Golota not only has his marbles (a few scews loose maybe...) but will retire from boxing a wealthy man. He has plenty of years to look foward to going on ski trips with his family.

Also, whatever happens, Golota's legacy is already in the books, despite never officially winning a title.

The Bowe Golota battles (and mayhem that followed the first) will go down as historic boxing classics forever.

Anyone know the odds on the fight? I just may lay $100 on G-money. I'm sure Golota will win this fight. I feel that Adamek is too small to seriously hurt Golota and Andrew loves to fight guys that don't have major power ala Chris Byrd. If Andrew doesn't fear Adamek's power, then he will obliterate Tomas.

 

Hi guys. Golota on the training videos before fight with Adamek looks a litte bit slow... and he doesn't use at all his best left hand. I don't know if it is a conspiration to mislead adamek camp... or Golota is really hurt. I think that the scenario with one hand Golota in this fight is probably true.

On the training session all the reporters were kicked out and only two of the stayed to see the true Golota training.

In Polish newspapers you can read "In about 10th round Golota showed us his amazing power. He started to hit Colona with his right hand with tremendous power

One... FUCCCKK... MADAFAKA! Two **** MADAFAKA!... Golota was screaming and hitting Colona so hard that he almost fell on the ground.

This so called FURY ROUND was a spectacular show of power from right hand of Golota"

It is probably only tactic for Adamek from Golota camp. To the ropes... and hit Adamek hard

Man I just have one regret that I never saw Golota train. I called Marciano's Gym in Jersey City before the Tyson fight and asked if I could watch him train. The guy sounded surprised that anyone would be interested and said "sure I guess". I don't know if he was acting but he didn't seem all that accommodating. I figured that they didn't want to be bothered before the big fight so I wussed out.
