Dont worry, aint no way in hell Golota is fighting Adamek again.

I was watching the fight and I started to think....I wouldnt mind if he had one last farewell fight as well. That's just no way to go out.

On a side note, I hear Bloodworth is now training Adamek.

Here's what Roger said in a recent interview.

Did you see the Golota-Adamek fight?
Yes, on the internet. I felt bad for Andrew, who I still consider one of my buddies, we stay in contact. Fight was over in the first round when Adamek got him with his very quick right. Afterward Andrew was only reacting to what Adamek wanted to do. He was quicker and more precise.
There’s an opinion that you cannot find more different fighters from the same country than Adamek and Golota.
I’m not sure about this but I know what you asking–the mental side of them. Nobody knows what went in Andrew’s head when he was losing his first fight to Riddick Bowe or even more inexplicably Michael Grant fight. Certainly I don’t. In the ring you are who you are in real life, you cannot just transform yourself to a different person. He had all of the tools to be the best: size, skills, technique, you name it. I was in Madison Square Garden when they robbed him declaring a draw with Chris Byrd, and then when he fought John Ruiz. He should be a world champion.

    Sooooo.................

    Go Golota?

I always found Golota exciting and charismatic.

    Adamak is a good fighter.
But personality wise, he is boring. And kinda goofy looking.

He was interviewed a month or so ago and was asked if he planned on giving the fans a farewell fight and he answered yes he would, maybe even two more fights. But he first has to wait til his arm heals, he had surgery on it again. I wouldnt mind seeing him defeat a bum to go out with a win but they bitter dig up a real corpse or Golota could end up looking silly one last time. I say he plays it safe and rematches Jack Basting.

That doesn't jive with what JC mentioned about the possibility of Andrew stepping in for McCall. Nevertheless, the fight was cancelled.
