well thats good 4 mcbrides sake but benching doesn't mean all that lot, andrezj can only prolly bench 350 something like that but im positiive hes a lot stronger puncher than mcbride, the concern 4 mcbrides camp is 2 try 2 get him in the best shape as possible for him, especially conditioning wise without draining out all his energy by losing too much weight in so little time, which looks like thats what hes gonna need 2 do

yea eating right is one half of the equation, training and making sure u get the right amount of sleep is the other

 

yes i gotta give andrew credit 4 always stayin in shape throughout his career, especially 4 a heavy, in this regard of training, andrezj has always worked hard in the gym
