Golota looking in pretty good shape, and this video was from over a month ago.

Hopefully he will show up around 238 when he was at his best. He hasnt come in that low since fighting Ruiz I believe.

    Well...

The sad thing is Golota once had deceptively good hand speed and a superb jab. His hand speed was already past-peak by the time of the Grant fight, and it was affected more so thereafter with the injury that ruined his jab. But he still had respectable quickness in his hands between '99-'04, both before and after the break marked by the Tyson debacle.

Then it was very strange, because Andrew's speed abandoned him at an alarming pace, and he's been a total non-factor ever since the Brewster fiasco.

Some fighters just lose steam suddenly and abruptly, and this was especially pronounced in Golota's situation.

I just hope he can make a decent account of himself.

    GO GOLOTA!!!

He's looked painfully slow in training, but hopefully we can get one last win out of him without him taking too much damage!

I'm going to be in Chicago (first time) this weekend and looking to catch the fight at a bar or something. Anyone know anywhere that may be playing it?

    Man!

I've seen you write it that way for more than 15 years now, JETS!

Don't be so sure. If he wins you may be writing it once again.

    GO GOLOTA!
