Dave I would have to dissagree about a fight with McCline. He is all wrong for Golota. I mean yeah I would like to see it and I do think Golota can beat him but this would be a tough, tough even fight and certainly no walk through for G man.

McCline is looking to make an example of someone after his knee blew out against Valuev. He was taking that fight. McCline is looking to make a statement in his next fight and I would rather not see Golota be that statement. Let me explain and I am sure you will agree.

Lennox lewis - Won by back to back, boring DQ`s b4 facing Golota and had to make a statement.

Lamon Brewster - Won a very lackluster fights over Wladimr Klitschko and friend Kali Meehan. Although KOing Klit, there was controversy at the time. Then Brester made the statement against the G man who had two impressive showings against Byrd and Ruiz.

I do not think McCline is a good choice of opponent. Briggs would be better.:good

Showtime might show Golota's fight after all, because Showtime has free money after Vitali-McCline fight off and they want to show more boxing this month! Keep finger crossed and mail Showtime to air the fight!
