Golota is in ****ing great shape. He is training like a dork most of the day. He didn't train so hard even at his prime. King was at gym and watched Golota's sparring sessions. He laughed at Donald, that he escaped to spar with that chicken McCline for less money. Maybe DaVaryll-McCline winner will be next for Golota after all. Still no word for a Showtime feed, but since they spend some money for Marquez fight, they probably have no money for this year. MSG will rebroadcast later. DK wants to ink extension to Golota's contact that if Golota wins belt he will be promoted by DKP until loose it.

That ridiculus, two months of hard training and then he KO McFlack in one minute ... its really not economical.

 

Golota must fight again in mid November and in January, so must train hard.

 

He must slow down a little bit, if he train the whole time up to January
then he will have just a little time of preparation for the ski season.

But if he wins title in January then he may get some free time off before unification happen. :bbb
Just watch out for rocks, iced ski tracks this spring, and broken helmets ... **** happens.:good

I was diggin' thru some old fights tonight and I ran into Golota-Grant. Sucks because this was Golota's last fight before the car accident that forever ruined his once great left jab. Golota looked pretty damn good against then heir apparent Grant. Then he started getting sloppy as the fight ended up in the later rounds and we all know what happens at the end. :tired Man, Golota blew every ****ing opportunity when he was a young fighter in his prime. He always got so close and then ****ed it up at the end. I wonder if a near 40 year old Golota can make up for the mistakes in the past and finally make everyone proud. This is certainly his last shot. After this it is THE END, roll the damn credits and exit the theatre.

Can a 40 year old Golota finally do it? Or is this train on it's way to yet a final disappointing ending?

Thank you, very much, Sir! Thats what I've been waiting to hear. Rumsfeld was right. Golota has finally reached his mental prime. Now all he has to do is whip his body into the best shape possible & rest will take care of itself!

I have a funny feeling this time he'll get to a title fight & won't blow it.

No. Your wrong about slowing down & JC is right about him having to work hard. When you get older, it takes much more work to get & stay in shape.

Remember my post a few months back where JC said "Golota must rest" & I went nuts saying NO! Golota must break his ass with hard training if he wants any chance to compete. Well, looks like he's taking my advice, thanks God!

 

Good to hear he's training hard. He really needs to do the business against McBride, Last Chance Saloon here, and if he gets the win then fight again very soon to keep active. It does not take an awful lot to get into position for an eliminator or title shot these days so there is still an opportunity for him if he can keep his head screwed on (or in Golota's case, screwed on for long enough )
