my point was DBella was willing to handpick Mosley for Berto since they thought he was shot. After the Margarito fight he changed his tune.

Berto needs to start fighting better competition period.

I have to admit that I was disappointed with the fight as well. I stayed home to watch that boring ass fight. I've read a lot of different persepectives here, but lets face it, he made it boring. Through the whole fight - he rushed in throwing a couple of punches, then clinched. He did this over and over again through the whole fight. The ref also sucked for not making it stop.

I was also disappointed in Angulo. If he fought like he did in the first and last round - it would have been a better fight. Cintron fought a great fight though.

 

We'll see if you feel the same after you watch the fight. You make some good points, but Urango did move up for this fight, so his size wasn't really an advantage. The reason it sucked was because Berto held for the entire fight. He would run in swinging wildly and hold. The one positive thing I can say about him is that he has pretty good speed.

 

The fight was terrible he held so much, it was silly. But if Berto fights a top guy at welter, obviously I'll be watching. Most likely he'll get KO'd.
