    i have been raving about this guy for ages, i love him. i know some of you out there love him too. lets cheer him all the way to the world title.

    I love seeing him fight and love his style

    I still want to see how he looks against a top fighter before I can call him great

    I will root for him either way

    :good, but I dont thinm his style will be affective aginst a great boxer. He looks as if he can make middle weight one day

    Yeah, I think this is about right. He has more p4p power, but the same chin and the same vulnerabilities.

    James Kirkland doesn't need comparisons. He needs a fight with Forrest or Phillips. He'll beat both, maybe not via KO, but convincingly. Don't even think for a sec that Mayweather will risk that strap he took from De La Hoya against him.

    I've been a fan ever since I first saw him on ShoBox. He has an aggression and menace to him that is always impressive to witness in boxing particularly and sport in general.

    Kirklands time will come, hes the lovechild of mike tyson and gerald mclellan, with nigel benn as the milkman. He is the hungriest meanest fighter out there..not boxer, fighter. If it wasnt for kirkland, cotto,and pavlik there would be not much to keep me watching. Mayweather and de la hoya are going to give us the biggest example of how much boxing stinks in the coming weeks. Its nice to see someone on the way up with pure hunger.
