My kind of thread :good Heres a video I released yesterday [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snXqtXbxETU[/ame] Ossu!
So the Japan MAX card is this Sunday at 5pm Osaka time (4am EST). It features three 63-kilo superfights in addition to the Japan MAX tournament: Kizaemon Saiga vs. Valdrin Vatnikaj Yuichiro Nagashima vs. Kenmun Yuta Kubo vs. Andre Bruhl (70-7-3 in kickboxing) Does anyone know if any TV deal was ever reached for this? Will K1 at least stream it on their Youtube and/or Ustream channel?
Nice, I will try and check this out. It's pretty much there for Kraus to take, but it's MAX so it should be a good show.
Happy to see there will be another K-1 GP in October! Btw was there a 2 KD rule in the second Overeem Hari fight? I think it was stopped too early.
Anyone watching the Japan GP? Kraus got dropped on his ass and eliminated from his first fight, if he had his mullet it would have been different :verysad.
Well, Yuji Nashiro ended up taking the whole thing, all in all a solid event. Yuya Yamamoto vs Kenta was the ****, fight of the night definitely.
The saga continues... http://liverkick.com/index.php?opti...se-multi-year-agreement&catid=34:demo-content Great news if your a fan of K-1!!:happy:happy:happy
Check these two stories out about Buakaw going AWOL. Fresh from the BKK Post: http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/spor...w-goes-missing http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/loca...as-disappeared
http://liverkick.com/index.php?opti...mi-taipei-and-new-york-this-year&catid=36:k-1 Big goals. Kickboxing isnt big here in the US, and k1 really hasnt been promoting their product here. Im still excited for it!
I'm excited to. The Max show in Spain should be interesting with a new Thai on the circuit in Longern, and I imagine the Max final in Taipei should draw a big crowd. In terms of the US, I think if the UFC hadn't come around K1 could have been big. Can you imagine if the Mexicans had taken to it, the wars you'd get between the Thais and Mexicans......:scaredas:
This promo for the upcoming K-1 Rising show in Spain just came up on Fight Sport Aisa. Looks like an intersting night.:good [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYV9eI-eix8&feature=related[/ame] The original link: http://fightsportasia.com/2012/05/20/k-1-rising-trailer-video-ready-for-pain-in-spain/
