Didn't mean to come across as a knob myself mate, just I can't stand Lirva, he talks an inordinate amount of bollocks, it might be something people up in the general find amusing, but I've found for the most part there's good knowledge and banter on the Brit forum, without ****'s like Lirva trying to wind people up, or even worse chasing knowledgeable pro's like Frankie Gavin and Tony Bellew away from posting anymore.

The last thing I'd want is to chase another actual boxing fan off the board, unfortunately for the most part it appears Lirva is less of a boxing fan and more of either a complete mentalist or a ****. The shameful way he treated Bellew on this board when he used to post regularly is just one example of Lirva being a complete bellend who has nothing to offer any credible boxing debate.

As I said before though, I probably shouldn't have gone off at you the way I did and I apologise. Oh and welcome to ESB

I'm sick of getting stick about that. What do you think Farnell was going to do? Offer me a cup of tea? The bloke could give me a severe hiding even at his age so I'm hardly going to risk that. I would have to be a fool to go in there. I believe Gavin and Bellew were also in the gym. Were they also going to offer me a cup of tea? And I was right about advising Gavin and Bellew to leave Farnell which they have but of course I got plenty of stick from the mugs on here. I was public enemy number one on here for that for quite some time and look at the situation now - Bellew has moved on and produced much better performances. Gavin is a headcase so we don't know where he will go in his career but Farnell was too much of a mate to him. He needed discipline which is why he went back to his old coaches. There are some great posters on here but unfortunately there are some grade-A mugs. And for the record, Bellew has insulted me on here on many an occasion.

 

That's why you'd open with my pun. That pun would've softened the heart of even the harshest of souls.

Although I do wish he'd turned up at Arnies as it's only up the road from me and I can always do with a good laugh. I can imagine it now, some sheepish looking posh kid walking down Church Street, only to get mugged before he even got near the gym

Arnie, Tony or Frankie would have done **** all you mug. They're professionals, you was invited to see for yourself the work he does, and you turned it down because you're a shithouse

 

Exactly - they'd have shown Lirva how they work in the gym. But he's a ***** and not prepared to stand behind what he'd said on this forum.
