What's in your head?

He lost to Spinks the first time, and that TKO win the second time is just a revenge win. Then he lost to Baldomir, then he lost to PBF, then to Cotto . . . and prior to all these . . . he lost to Kostya Tszyu.

 

i have to go with margorito, I think Judah has lost his edge, he didn't do BADLY in the cotto fight, but he very clearly faded after the first quarter of the fight, I think for SURE, zab controls the fight early, but margorito breaks him down late and wins the last 7 rounds handily

 

Clottey and Judah are two very different fighters, Clottey is a very TOUGH, strong, big welterweight, judah is a very quick, explosive punching, yet discourageable fighter...

 

The similarity was that they both fade in the second half of fights.

It's not very hard to see how this would go. Margarito is very open, slow, has horrible movement, terrible accuracy, throws a lot of lazy punches, has skin that cuts easily, doesn't really have the power to hurt Zab, and is very predictable. I really doubt the Judah that fought Margarito will show up. The Judah that fought Cotto will show up and he'll counter the hell out of Margarito, confuse/frustrate him with his speed/movement and cause Margarito to make dumb mistakes constantly. Margarito also will not be able to walk through Judah's counter rights and uppercuts like they're nothing, he will definitely feel them and show respect. I really hope this fight gets made.

 

Friend . . . heart dictates the mindset . . . irregardless how a fighter prepares and conditions himself for a fight . . . if "he can't get going when the going gets tough" . . . he can't accomplish his mission.

That's how I see it.

In this case Zab will have his crack to stop Margarito up to the 5th round if he fails . . . Margarito stops him later.

I'm picking the latter.

 

I'll take Zab in this fight.

I think his quickness and Southpaw stance will be a problem for Margarito.

Hmmm...one of those pick em fights. I have to go with Margarito. I think he is a little tougher and i dont believe Judahs chin will be able to sustain his assault. Margarito tko 8

 

Answer the question. Was his TKO win against the undisputed WW champ, in his hometown no less, not a big fight?

Kostya Tszyu is considered one of the biggest punchers, if not the biggest in history at 140. His timing and accuracy was insane too.

Judah will not be getting stopped by Margarito unless he has faded greatly and isn't motivated to win at all. Cotto hits at least twice as hard as Margarito.
