The moving up in weight and iron chinned ream of opponents and the fact that Oscar was a dehydrated scarecrow, Ricky was all over the place mentally and all wrong for a Pacquiao fight and his reputation became a stormcloud for incoming foes has actual evidence backing it up. He literally still blitzed guys regardless.

Completely disagree. Watched it frame by frame yesterday. Manny hurt Floyd about 3 times. All with the straight lead and once with the (only) right hook. It was round 4, round 6. Check it out. Floyd was physically shaken, but he has the best recovery so nothing detrimental.

The punch Maidana landed at the end of round 3? Manny landed it about 4 times in the fight, possibly more, but straight left not right. Straight left was more effective than I expected. Thought it would be the first thing Floyd would neutralize.

Round 4 tells you all you need to know about Floyd's power.

Manny hit Floyd flush, put him back on the ropes and had him covering up for a flurry of punches... only to then step back and away from Floyd because he started to panic about "****, what is going to come back at me"

Ledwaba was the man when Manny faced him, and Manny battered him senseless.

Pac came out looking somewhat inadequate, not being able to close the distance

Mayweather was booed and many are unhappy with his performance. He said it was going to be action packed, that everyone has to buy tickets as it's going to be a very exciting fight. What did he do? Run more than even for his normal standards.

Boxing. Fans are now feeling like they were fooled into paying outrageous amounts of money, to watch a great fight. Even though fight wasn't horrible, it certainly wasn't what Mayweather sold us and he didn't give a s h i t as long as he won. He kept telling everyone fight was gonna be great, with lots of action knowing full well he was going to dance, run and produce a boring fight. Pac also claimed he was going to give the fans what they wanted, not so. Promoters got greedy and charged high price tags on tickets and laughed all the way to the bank.

Will fans even pay for Mayweather;s last fight? It's funny, it feels like he won and also lost. I wouldn't be surprised at all if his last fight gets low PPV numbers, i think he actually lost more fans than he gained. It's funny isn't it. As far as Pac goes, i bet he also will not do well with PPV. I believe fans have had it with MayPac and Floyd should retire, so should Pac.

In the end, i think this fight was actually bad for boxing as we were fooled by fighters and promoters, they milked us wherever they could. This definitely was a bitter sweet victory for Floyd 'Money' Mayweather.

I agree. Can't imagine anyone would. Interesting way of thinking about it.

    Pacquiao was LYING.

If Floyd wasn't hurting him then why wasn't he pressuring Floyd? He wasn't punching. The foot work was gone. The stamina was gone. The power was gone. The volume punches trickled. The accuracy low.

I saw that too!!! He literally stopped throwing and just walked back. Perhaps that is the reason, but Manny said post-fight about his injury, "You saw when I throw a lot of combinations, I back off. It was because I hurt. It hurt to throw."

His an idiot for going in there KNOWING he has a shoulder injury, lol! Like come onnnnnnnn, this is Floyd Mayweather!

    clearly featherfisted.

that was a juiced up floyd against a midget who was already kod sensless and was severely drained of blood non stop, and not in his optimum weight.

against all odds, midget staggered the bigger, faster, stronger guy and had him running the whole fight.

in an even playing field, pacman by stoppage if the juiced up guy decides not to run.

    Oh for ****'s sake. :patsch

So, all of a sudden, Pacquiao's a bum?

No, Pacquiao's still a great fighter, and an ATG. It's just that Floyd made him look average.
