If all Floyd was throwing were soft jabs, why couldn't Pac walk through them to do damage? Why didn't he even try to walk through them?

Watch the Marquez vs Pacquiao fights

He hurts Pacquiao on multiple occasions and dropped Pacquiao in the fourth fight before the knock out

Mayweather didn't really hurt Pacquiao once

Marquez has stopped the likes of Diaz and Katsidis who aren't great but are tough

    He dropped Alvarado as well

Cowards make excuses and need drug advantage to fight.

It's only boring because it's not competitive. Maidana fought better than Pacquiao and made the fight entertaining. Don't blame Mayweather, blame his opponent.

Typhoon I lije your posts, most of them, but damn separated shoulder, broken arms, whatever it was... Our boy looked like ****. He's fought 47 fights the same to similar style on degree... This loss is all on pac, and floyd needs to be congratulated. He won The same way he always does... Boxing.

Yes he did and I've seen all those fights. He can punch. But, it's his timing and accuracy that make his punches most effective. He knows WHEN to punch. Someone like GGG can stop a fighter with a punch they are already braced for...big difference.

Mayweather actually did hurt Pacquiao at least once. But, possibly 2x. Nothing major. But, you can see Pacquiao retreat or acknowledge that it was a good shot, during the fight.

The person at fault is the "warrior" Manny Pacquiao.

Floyd does what Floyd does, and he was "winning rounds." It was very clear Pacquiao was behind on the cards. The fighter who is "losing" is the one who needs to take the risks. Not the guy who is safely controlling his opponent and winning rounds.

So what does Pacquiao do? Keeps doing what he's doing, and tries to "out box Mayweather." Spare me the "it's Mayweather's fault" because if Pacquiao was half the warrior the Pacturd Nation claimed, he would have "went for it." Pac didn't, because he was gun shy and worried about Mayweather's right hand. ALL THE GUYS who have given Mayweather a tough fight were willing to take that punch to get inside and deliver their own work.

Manny Pacquiao was "unwilling to pay the price" required to make that fight competitive. Sorry, but Pac and his "warrior mantra" is a fraud. The guy folded and collected his check. Ricky Hatton brought the fight to Floyd more than Manny Pacquiao did. That's a fact.

    Scoring criteria:

    Effective aggression
    Defence
    Clean, hard punches
    Ring generalship

If Pac wasn't landing clean shots. Of the shots he threw, most hit the air and Floyd blocked the majority of shots that didn't.

Can we call Pac an effective aggressor? No.

Did Floyd exhibit good defence? Yes.

When Floyd did let his hands go he was either striking pre-emptively or countering Manny. Is that effective aggression? Yes.

People confuse aggression as scoring criteria. If Pac is being hit and failing to land any punches, he is the loser.
