Pac came out flat footed and had zero mobility. This could be the least he has ever moved in a fight. Old? Shot? Bloated? Came in at 152 (which was a very poor mistake).

If I was to make highlights of all the flush punches in the fight, it would just be a Pacquiao highlight.

Mayweather isn't juiced. Pac is the king of juice. May doesn't need an edge he has the edge it's called technique.

Please tell me that this guy changed his name to accommodate his running career. Because naturally having the last name "Bolt" and ending up a successful professional runner is just too good to be true.

I stopped reading there, that is total rubbish
Are you sure you have even watched the fight in full?

You have brainwashed yourself, Mayweather boxed, moved and controlled the fight.

Pacquiao had very little success over the 12 rounds.

have you seen the punch stats and round by round punch stats?
I will agree punch stats are sometimes misleading but the round by round stats are pretty clear.

I dunno, Pacquiao's severe bacne (you know, the same thing used to convict Marquez) indicated he likely received preferential treatment from USADA as well.

You need to go and read about how to score a fight, the scoring criteria.

You have been one of the most delusional posters I've read over the weekend.

Easy fight to score. Pac could stop nothing Floyd was doing. And was hit with clean hard shots at Floyd's whim. He could barely hit Floyd, could not cut the ring off, could not avoid the clinch, and ate counters like candy. He had Floyd hurt early with a good counter left hand and couldn't put him away. And Floyd actually came back strong in that round. Pac looked good in spots. But, Floyd was the man in charge in the ring, for the most part. It was clear Pac was in there with a fighter above his league...h2h anyway.

SRL lost the fight the first time around which is why he adopted the "running" style in part 2. Mayweather simply "learned from history".

You are conflating entertainment value and boxing tactics. It's true: defensive mastery can reduce the entertainment value of a fight.

But would it have been OK if Floyd threw some bolo punches for entertainment value?

The goal of a sportsman is to win within the rules. Entertainment is something that needs to be inherent to the sport. No other serious sport mandates a playing style that is "entertaining". The moment entertainment value is a factor, the integrity of the sport suffers. See Rigondeux who is the best in his division but is blackballed. This is an abomination.

The Spanish national team played a "boring" brand of soccer that involved ball control, short passes, suffocating defense. They were winners though.
