Ok, let me post what I know

April 2: USADA gets a call from Pacquiao camp about the use of certain drugs and their legality.

April 12: Another call is made to USADA from Pacquiao camp regarding the legality of said certain drugs for a shoulder injury. USADA confirms they are legal, but no actual medical documentation is shown.

(At this time reports of Pacquiao not sparring occur)

Weeks to fight: Roach and Pacquiao claim they didn't seek to postpone after injury appeared to get better

May 1: During weigh in day, medical report for Pacquiao is filled out. There is no affirmative mark on question that asked whether he has any shoulder injuries. HOWEVER they do put down the drugs they intend to use the next day.

May 2: Hours before main event, Pacquiao with a doctor are in MGM getting ready to take a shot. Nevada State Athletic Commission denies on basis that they were given no prior info.

Fight Round 3/4: Pacquiao feels pain and reinjuries his shoulder after a suppossed flury.

Post-Fight Interview: No mention of said injury.

Post-Fight Press conference: Shoulder issue becomes main highlight. Pacquiao camp claim to not have said anything on basis of not postponing fight.

QUESTIONS TO ASK: Why didn't Pacquiao report injury to State Commission? Why did State Commission not ask Pacquiao why he was going to take said drugs after filling out form, did anyone even review the form? Although only a 3rd party, why did USADA fail to inform State Commission that Pacquiao had called and asked about certain drugs....surely such a thing should have made some alarms go off?

Go back to first Castillo fight and ask yourself that same question, if hypothetically Floyd had received that L that many people claim he deserved.

You can't compare the fight to Roy Jones's 'loss' in the 1988 Oympics. Manny only landed ten or more punches in three of the twelve rounds. That means he landed single digit punches in 9 of the twelve rounds. Yes Floyd did a lot of running and grabbing but he landed more punches.

Everyone knows Floyd is a defensive fighter Manny needed to do more, Floyd is not going to stand in front of Manny like its a Rocky film and let him hit him in the face without protecting himself.

Even when Manny got him on the ropes he was mostly hitting Mayweathers's arms and gloves. Mayweather has long arms in comparison to his body so he is able to protect his body with his elbows and arms while still protecting his head with his gloves. a real good advantage for a defensive fighter to have.

I wanted a more exciting fight but it was never going to happen. I like Manny more, but Mayweather won the fight his way on the night. Too many fans just can't except their guy lost, many pac fans leading up to the fight saying stuff like Manny's going to KO Floyd inside of six rounds yet Manny has not KO'd anyone since 2009. Floyd is a better defensive fighter than anyone Manny has fought let alone knocked out.

Manny had to outwork Mayweather in this fight and he didn't throw enough punches and he esp did not land enough simple as that. Plus getting a should injury right before the most important fight of your life? Don't know how serious it was or if would have really changed the outcome of the fight. Plus Manny didn't even seem to try in the final round even though it was clear he was behind on points.

I love the post interview fight how Manny said he thought he won, but then said he couldn't hit Floyd cause he would not stand still for him!:patsch

Gonna go watch the Hearns v Hagler fight for some entertainment i think they landed more punches in 7 minutes than these guys landed in 12 rounds.:hi:

If Floyd had a torn rotator cuff, I would definitely take it seriously and would not regard it as an excuse at all. Floyd doesn't need excuses IMO, he's one of the best in the modern era. I would take it seriously.

Well you said "anyone" in the title, so I assume that just means the boxing public in generals. The regular public would have seen at as a factor for his loss to Castillo if it had happened, especially after seeing how Floyd won the rematch.

Pacquiao fans, gonna be harder to convince...they would focus more on Floyd having trouble with certain types of aggressive fighters. Alas Chavez or Maidana.
