Didn't Lennox Lewis make excuses for his one punch knock outs? Didn't Tyson make excuses for his losses? Didn't Hollyfield make excuses for his defeats i.e. heart problems?

It is human psychology to use a defence mechanism when you lose. I bet if floyd finally loses he will make excuses himself.

Expected better from Pacquiao, in and out of the ring.

Which also means he was outclassed for 3 of the 4 rounds while healthy.

Pac is known to be honest you thought he was lying as well when he said he had a issue with his shoulder turned out he was telling the truth

facts: the commission was informed of the injury prior to the fight. 2 hrs is still enough for the highest authority to decide whilst considering safety as paramount since this is a blood sport. the commission was negligent in allowing an injured boxer to enter the ring. the actual pac-floyd fight was near midnight so there was a lot of time for decision making from the highest seat. now we request the commission to enlighten us on where the communication and decision stopped.

Yeah, Pac didn't carry himself we'll post-fight... and he still hasn't. After Wlad fought Jennings (in a fight he actually won, mind you) Max Kellerman was trying to give him an "excuse ticket" by asking him if he injured his hands. Wlad showed pure class and immediately gave an honest reply, making zero excuses whatsoever. He also gave Jennings credit for managing to be an awkward opponent.

This is not a good look for Manny Pacquiao.

He had a torn rotator cuff and knew he only had one arm so he could see what he could do with one arm imagine both

Yes he would get countered even more than he already was.

I actually think this is all BS to try and get a big money rematch as really it's a good way out of his financial troubles pre-retirement from boxing. I'm sorry but if we are now to believe that this good Christian lied on official documents then why should we believe anything that comes out of this politician's mouth - past, present or future?
