Reply-How can you dismiss defensive teqnique?

Defensiive technique has its time and place, but if you are a bigger, brawnier fighter with more armreach and you constantly remain on the defense against a smaller sized opponent in the majority of a fight, I would say the smaller opponent dominated the fight.

    There's a 40% chance this rematch doesn't happen.

He says it a lot and it's particularly funny when he forces it into conversation. There was a thread over in the british forum where a poster summed it up perfectly with a hypothetical conversation between Froch and his wife or whatever she is.

Steroids and hand wraps are part of the sport. Is that fair?

    1. OK, maybe I'm no 'expert', but I've been following this sport closely for 10+ years, me an my friends have been involved in boxing and been boxing ourselves, though not on a professional level. I know what I'm talking about, and I dare say I know more about the sport than most others here. Believe that or not, it is what it is.

    2. If Mayweather throws 10 punches in a round and lands 4 of them, and Pac throws 25 punches and lands 4, then Pacquiao wins the round. Simple as that. We're talking about clean, hard shots here, not pitty-pat punches.

    3. My eyes are fine, thank you for your concern.

perjury ? wtf people, he wasnt lying under oath in a court of law or congress. he either asked for the shot (knowingly informing the commission) or he didn't ask for any shot.

perjury is LYING under oath, what does this have to do with perjury ? he was 100% prior to the fight, roach, arum and he said it was the best he ever looked, you cant say that right before the fight while at the SAME time claiming they asked the commission for numbing shots because of an INJURY he sustained in training camp.

pac is NOT having any real sergury, he might get a scope ala Hops after claiming injury. you take ANY athlete over 30 and you WILL find problems with BOTH Knees , both shoulders, both ankles and both hands

he is NOT having tommy johns surgery, I swear the most ****ing re****ed people are on here, its sad how ignorant most in this world can be.

this is NOTHING but an excuse to save face, in the ring immediately following the fight he said NOTHING about being injured, NOTHING

The "saint" isn't looking to saintly now. His ego is actually as big if not bigger than Floyd's. And it's showing. Notice how he hasn't mentioned God in a single post fight interview. But, before the fight, he couldn't keep God out his mouth and just himself as if he was being commissioned by God to humble the "evil" Floyd. What a charlatan. At least Robert Guerrero is consistent in his faith...win or lose.

    Easy fight to score.

Manny won 2-4 rounds. I give Manny 2-3 rounds. Mayweather did a lot less running than people are saying.
