    @Typhoon

    It's funny you say that, so by your login, Pacquiao is also recognizing his own mortality because, by your logic, he's acting out of character by saying "he's not worried about Mayweather", "he had more concerns entering the DLH and Cotto fights", "it's just another fight", and been doing nothing but downplaying the significance of his opponent, right?

    I'm getting the vibe that he's just using the pacquiao roadmap by playing the humble fighter and knocking out the fraud on May 2nd. After that he'll take the majority of his fanbase in america and retire the greatest of the generation with accolades like Ali did.

    The fight has already sold itself, the show Mayweather usually puts on before a fight isn't necessary. The press conference was just for the media, with no fans there is no point to create hype and put on a spectacle. He doesn't seem his normal self but remember when the fight was signed they basically went straight into training. Personally I just don't think he wants to waste time on stuff that isn't going to benefit him, getting straight to business and keeping his head down and training will benefit him.

    Why are people surprised he's relaxed? He does not have to work to sell this fight. All he has to do is focus on training. These past five years have provided more than enough promotion. Of course he is getting older. That has to be considered. But, he will show up and do what he has been bred to do.

    everyone wanted him to face pac, he faces pac and you guys still are not happy? you complain about it not happening 5 years ago. ok fair point id love to have seen it 2009/2010 aswell but roach is on record saying it was their fault it did not happen then.. given the cold war floyd fought the best available and constantly gets accused of ducking fighters where there is no proof of it at all (or in some cases strong proof that points to the other fighter ducking floyd)

    you can keep moving the goal posts all you want, im just here having fun enjoying what is turning out to be the best year of boxing iv ever witnessed
