Floyd used his shoulder as an excuse for winning a unanimous decision.

It wasn't any worse than 116-112, and Pac could have won 2 more rounds arguably. i watched the replay and the fight was closer than I thought it was, i didn't listen to the very biased commentators this time. Floyd was barely landing anything clean, definitely not that many more punches than Pac as compubox showed. Most of floyd's jabs were picked off and that is where he scored mostly. Some of the rights got in but so did Manny's lefts, which were harder. Even Floyd Sr was disappointed in Floyd in the corner, he knew the fight was close, just listen to him during the whole fight getting on Floyd for fighting scared, asking him what is wrong with him. LOL
That wasn't even close to a dominating performance, that is all smoke and mirrors. Pac was right there the entire way and 2 more rounds would have been a draw. And was evident from round 4 on that pac was hurting. When he LET floyd off the ropes after hurting him , it was because he felt his shoulder and it was from then on he didn't throw the right very much or with conviction.
Pac deserves a rematch, fact is he was hurt, wasn't given the legal shot to help the pain, that got him through training, but he still manned up and fought! But Floyd would never give him a rematch, knowing an injured pac almost got a draw with him! Imagine what a 2 handed pac would do. And this explains why pac wasn't moving or throwing punches from different angles, you wouldn't want to do what with a bad rotator. Also accounts for his low punch output. But it was floyd right? LOLOL:roll:

Pac injury was mentioned way before he got in the ring they informed usada of it and asked if he could be allowed to use the creams they alowed it

he also asked for a shot before the fight for his shoulder

The public did not know about it tho.

Floyd was also visably having problems.

That and there is one big difference. Floyd got his hand raised and Manny didn't.:hat

You could clearly see Floyd complaining about the shoulder throughout the fight. And his corner basically telling him to fight through it...which he did.

Not the same as Manny or his corner NEVER mentioning injuries throughout the promotion, checking 'NO' on the NSAC form and not mentioning it ONE TIME during the fight. Just sore losers period. If Manny won, you would never hear about his shoulder.

I've seen that fight 4 times and Manny threw that right hand without an ounce of reservation. In nearly every round he used it. But, he did not throw either hand nearly enough. Why? Because he was afraid to overcommit. He got in there and froze up. Were his ankles injured too? Where was all the hopping around? Where were the angles? What he did was attack in straight lines. And got countered. Floyd negated the angles.
