The official Mayweather vs. Pacquiao aftermath trash receptacle

I watched the 3rd Round. And I agree with you. I broke it down by 30 second intervals:

3:00 - 2:30 : No punches landed by either guy. It looks like Pac lands a pushing right hand at the 30 second mark. But can't be sure if it lands.

2:30 - 2:00 : Mayweather lands a low blow. Pac lands a 1-2 shortly after (good punches)

2:00 - 1:30 : Pac lands body shot. Mayweather armbars Pac's right arm (Pac looks at him confused). Pac flurries in corner, maybe lands a couple body shots.

1/2 Way Through Round, and still No PUnches Landed by Mayweather (But the announcers are saying he's dominating the fight)

1:30 - 1:00 : Floyd lands counter right hand. Pac flurries, lands left hand.

1:00 - 0:30 : No punches landed for either guy. Floyd headlocks him.

0:30 - 0:00 : Floyd lands jab. Floyd lands right hand. Pac lands jab and a left hand. Floyd lands right hand. Pac lands right hook.



In all honesty. This round CLEARLY goes to Pac after reviewing it in slow motion and on silent. A lot of shots that looked like Floyd was landing, Pac was slipping and blocking. And a lot of Pac's shots that did land, don't look like it in regular speed due to the weird angles and the quickness, and Floyd's movement as he's being hit.


I don't have time to watch all of the rounds. But It's interesting. Thanks for posting :good

Regardless of how you scored the fight in total. How did you score the 3rd round?

 

No power, yet he beat all 3. Throw Canelo in there too.

Pac is victim of how he fights.....when people don't get to see that overwhelming non stop punches in bunches and big shots landing...they say Pac looked bad maybe even loss the fight if not loss.

Same with Floyd when Floyd gets hit a little more than we normally see people say he loss or it was close.

In this instance I think Floyd won honestly but I also can see how Pac's fighting style played against him in the judges eyes because they was looking for a certain style while Floyd gave and showed them the style they always see and were expecting.

I think they almost viewed it as if which style would work the best and in this fight..Floyds is what they saw and the reason why the margins were as big as they were.

I was interested in that round especially as I remembered it being a Pac round and everyone scores it Floyd, again with you I see it a clear Pac round.

I'm not even asking people to say Pac won, I just want people to acknowledge the fight was damn close, I had Pac by 2 rounds, I could say a draw if I reward things differently, but this ''schooling'' and ''easy'' fight is rubbish, I was surprised that Pac boxed as he did, I would like to have seen his reckless self, but hey it shows another dimension.

 

i watched the fight again in high definition and put close attention to what both fighters were doing and i had pac winning 7 to 5. without a doubt this was vegas home cooking

All 3 judges scored this round for Floyd. All 3. Not 1 of them thought it was a Pac round, or even a draw. Some people can still claim Floyd won this fight after such shameful judging.

 

I watched in Russian, I didn't understand a single word. Had it 116-112 Floyd.

Even if he was penalized for hugging he still would have won on cards. He clearly out-boxed his opponent. It wasn't glorious, it wasn't good for boxing or for the fans but it definitely was a victory.

 

If you watch really closely and you think black guy is Pacquiao than Pacquiao won...or new way for pac****s to watch it with Tv upside down, maybe Pac won like that.
