Manny Pacquiao and his dumb legion of fans thought karma would be a deciding factor for May 2nd. Looks like none of you idiots learned anything and this is a lame ass thread.

    Pac wasnt connecting very much.
Made Pac miss over and over.
    Pac looked like a FOOL.
    Very limited.
Floyd countered with check hooks, slidesliped Pac and was instantly behind him.
    And you called that running.
It was a first class performance on hitting and not getting hit.
Anybody who has a clue could see that.

Some people? Dont group in normal society with pactrolls. Its just the pactrolls. Guys are a bunch of whiners and i had ban bets with a couple who refuse to acknowledge my post. I hope they arent a representation of what the Filipino people are like.

    Floyd fills the seats.
More people pay to see him fight more than any other fighter.
As long as he continues to fight, he will remain the number one draw in boxing.
    No body can hit him.

I like Fortune. He had throat cancer last year, went through hell, and is now in remission. He's a tough guy, fought heavyweights, and is a real talk kind of dude. He's a honest, brute, doesn't care what you think guy. I have respect for him even if I think Pacquiao's team should fire him.

Here's a good interview on Fortune's thoughts. He mentions rehabilitation, his respect for Mayweather, the injury before the fight, etc.

    Mentionable qoute...

Radio Rahim: "They're saying it's the fourth round where he was injured. Did he say anything to you that he was having problems with his shoulder, and is there anything you can do that can help him?"

Justine Fortune: "Yeah, Manny came back and said to Freddie- and I was sitting right there because I was in the corner too- and says, 'My shoulder's done.' And that was it. As a trainer and as a team...you can't go out there and force your fighter to re-injure his shoulder. Whatever you say in the corner, mentally he can say I'm going to go out there and do what I want to do, and I'm going throw it and throw it. But, physically your body won't let you. It's a self-defense mechanism. I mean you can throw it to a certain extent, but your body won't let you throw it and injure yourself more. There's very limited you can do. You know, Freddie's not going to sit there and push his fighter to have him re-injure it more and more and more. And you know, after the fight, he got operated on like two days later. But it got re-injured, and tore some more. Tore like another half a centimeter- which in the shoulder is a lot. You know there is good and bad. Had we had the injection, you know the painkiller and stuff of that, maybe he would've torn the shoulder completely off, and his career would've been finished. "

A point I never thought about. He could've seriously damaged his shoulder for good. With the pain, he was at least restricted to not throwing it as much as he wanted and kept from throwing it with all his might. If he was numb to that pain though, he could've very well ripped through all his tendons and tore his shoulder off the bone completely. He wouldn't have been able to come back from that, and his career would've been completely finished. Blessing in disguise perhaps.

That's exactly what NSAC's Aguilar was referring to as in why he didn't allow the shot. He didn't want Manny to do that to himself. So, I guess I'll side with Aguilar on that point. It was a good call.

But this is a great interview! Check it out!

Also, guys, please don't freak out. I'm sorry but these guys are still the two most relevant boxers on the planet and my favorites so... I'm sorry. We haven't heard anything from Fortune anyways. Just ignore if you're uninterested.
