I hate to even address the second part of your post since you will probably completely ignore the fact that Freddie Roach even admitted them turning down the fight due to drug testing.

Good post. I wasn't surprised by him being faster I knew PBF was the better athlete with the better reflexes.

 

You can thank Roach and Pac's team for that. Bringing in Pacquiao at his heaviest weight ever was the dumbest thing they could do. Maybe they were expecting Floyd to come in at 160+ and not 148, but still. It made Pac too heavy, especially for his feet. He should've come in at 146-147 on fight night.
