Thank you, someone who understands. CJ thinks USADA and NSAC are the same organization [emoji38]

You do realize a fighter is NOT PERMITTED Xylocaine starting 7 DAYS before a fight, don't you? So why do you keep repeating this with nothing except raving conspiracies to back it up.
''Manny fought with one arm, he didn't show any pain in throwing hooks or lifting his arm like Berto or Lacy did with serious rotator cuff injuries because he's super human! Mayweather had injections in his hands and the evil doctors refused to give manny painkillers!''

    Regarding xylocaine, read this from the horse's mouth;

    credit to https://slipthejab.wordpress.com/201...pposed-doping/

'1) “As Kizer explained it, fighters must, under penalty of perjury, sign a statement at the fight weigh ins discloosing what, if any, pain or other serious medication they have used or plan to use anytime between the weigh in and fight time.
“Mayweather has never disclosed any such information so, as far as we are concerned, this is not any kind of issue. I know the ardent Pacquiao fans talk a lot about but to us it’s the same as the speculation about Pacquiao using any sort of drugs which comes from the Mayweather fans out there. Both of them have always tested clean in Nevada.”
Kizer said he could name other boxers who have asked permission to use aspirin, Lidocaine, cortisone and other “pain the****utic” medications.

“To us, it’s just a safety issue and we have to know about it but none of those things are barred either by us or by the world and United States anti doping agencies,” Kizer said. “We need to know the reason they’re using something, what exactly they’re using or want to use and we need to know if they plan to take two pills or 20. If the fighter has something from a doctor concerning this, then our doctors check I out and give us guidance.”

“Kizer confirmed yesterday that lidocaine is banned for use by boxers within a week of a bout. “If lidocaine is injected,” he said, “the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.” He also confirmed that lidocaine would be tested for after the bout, at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in the city.“

So as far as I can see the situation is this:
    1) Lidocaine isn’t a banned substance on the WADA or USDA lists and isn’t specifically banned by NSAC.
    2) Despite that, NSAC do not allow its use on fight night or in the immediate buildup to a fight.
    3) While Floyd and his camp have tacitly admitted to using Lidocaine, this has only been during the training for bouts rather than during for bouts themselves. This is in contrast to Honeyghan and Oscar who appeared to use it during the bouts themselves.
    4) Lidocaine has been tested for in Nevada, at least after Mayweather/Hatton, and Mayweather came back clean.
Now the story that goes round the internet is that Mayweather is using this mysterious lidocaine substance and that Nevada has some special rules that allow him to do so while every other state doesn’t and views it as illegal.

The simple issue here is that there’s no evidence of this (and the articles that say that are incredibly… and I suggest deliberately… vague about it). I can see no evidence that any… let alone a majority… of other states ban the use of Lidocaine in all circumstances and there’s remarkably little evidence that they even ban it in the week leading up to a bout like Nevada do; if anything, Nevada appears to be one of the harsher states when it comes to the regulation of lidocaine.'

I appreciate their different responsibilities BUT When USADA aadvised them shots were permitted don't you think it would have been prudent to add that they needed NSAC permission???
According to Pac team they advised NSAC & Nsac OK 'd the shots but reversed that deci sion when doctor went to give Pac the shot
Even with all that Have you got an explanation as to why Floyd was allowed rehydration therapy pre fight? Isnt it banned except in an emergeancy? Was Floyd so dehydrated he needed emergeancy treatment?? When asked he mumbled " My urine was dark very dark" Then looked to Ellebee to bail him out
Even if a doctor did recommend emergeany treatment Why was Mayweather appartly given FOUR TIMES the limit that is allowed even in an emergeancy.

I'm not trying to cause trouble here but I'm a life long boxing addict been in & around the sport a long time & all I ever want to see is a fair fight officiated fairly & the legitimate best man on the night rightfully gets the win. You must admit this does not happen too often these days. Especially in Vegas & concerning Mayweather

Is this the best you can do?:rofl I already told you which fan base has a site dedicated to their God and you come back with this?:rofl

Which fan base goes and buys CDs and goes to concerts to a guy who can't sing?
Which fan base goes to watch a guy play basketball for a pro team that can't play basketball?
Which fan base gets a guy cut when he criticizes #48 for being a horrible basketball player and a disgrace?
Which fan base sends death threats to Bradly when #48 loses a fight to him?
Which fan base is still in denial makes excuses about KO 6 and PBF UD #48 and still loses sleep at night because of it today?

    PAC****S that's who.:deal

If he has a very painful torn rotator cuff Yes he does
Does the ATG & TBE need painkillers for his supposed fragile hands??? Does the ATG $ TBE need ILLEGAL rehydration procedures Does he need to be given FOUR TIMES The limit of Saline" to beat an injured opponent??????
That large amount of saline masks EPO use too doesn't it huh Alex??? But Floyd is cleaning up the sport isn't he ? silly me
ROFLMAO Your boy is a coward & a cheat Live with it

You are actually proving my point. Out of 48 fight there are only 2 that were "close" enough to warrant a rematch. Then when he did rematch them he won in an even more convincing fashion. So now drug\PED testing in sports is a "roadblock" and not a good thing. Let me me guess its only a "roadblock" when Floyd does it.

I did answer you Alex but you like all the other Floyd knuckleheads on here refuse to address the ILLEGAL rehydration therapy Floyd received. He was allowed FOUR TIMES the legal limit for an emergeancy because he mumbled " My urine was dark Very dark. " Sounds a bit like " I didn't say that I didn't say that at all Stop putting words in my mouth" don't it Alex We all know WHY he was allowed the excessive amount don't we????

C'mon explain that away or are you a cringing coward like your idol????

Negative. USADA said he's OK to use Toradol, meaning it won't pop up as a positive blood test.

Another negative. They were to fill out the paperwork properly ONE WHOLE DAY before the fight and they did not. Then Pac asks for the shot a little over an hour before the fight.

No explanation, I can tell you what we don't have though: improperly filled paperwork. We don't know what Floyd's situation was and to be honest, Floyd and Pac looked dehydrated after the weigh in, a little. They both guzzled down some water afterwards.
