You do realize he's been taking VADA testing since like 2013, at least that's the latest I know. Could be further back, not sure. I just know for certain he used it against Rios, and it was one of his most beautiful master classes.

Flat feet has nothing to do with testing and more to do with his increasing age (slippage) and then his weight on fight night.

Beautiful master class against Brandon rios? The same guy that lost to Abril. Pac was supposed to look like that against a flat footed/slow/no-technique having opponent. We all know pac hasn't looked the same since he began PED testing. His punch output has significantly decreased. Stop defending this guy.
