Si at this very moment there not one single PR fighter holding tittle(not Counting Roman Martinez who hold a gift tittle). Countries with similar total population Panama, Nicaragua, and Cuba are and have been above PR for a minute. Hope fighters from PR come back strong. I enjoyed watching some talented fighters from that area in the Olympics.
