We all know it's going to happen.

This thread will be active for at least a year before they fight and to cut a long story short I (Teke) will be laughing at you (Green Huggers) when everything is said and done :deal

    Discuss like gentlemen :p

Tend to agree......Mundine has more than enough to stop Green at LHW.....I think the fight will be at that weight.

However Mundine is that good he could fight at 154 (I ****IN TOLD YOU ALL SO AND YOU SAID NO WAY) then go to CW in 6 months and outpoint Green :deal

I don't think it's going to happen to be honest. Not for a while yet. I think Green might end up fighting Hopkins or Glen Johnson at 175lbs.

    Thats it.

Why would Green agree to fight Mundine now.

He has maybe some big fights lined up.

    After that.

    Theres

    Hopkins
    Dawson
    Johnson
    Tarver
    Cunningham.

Or he could fight Mundine again at weight were Danny isnt as Powerfull.

I say go to the USA and dont look back.

A Hopkins or a dawson fight could make him huge money and maybe even he could Win. And go on to bigger things.

Prior to the RJJ bout I thought there'd be nothing surer than a Mundine re-match to follow immediately if Green won. But with his emphatic demolition of RJJ banked, the money Green could now potentially command in the USA has suddenly significantly altered the dynamics.

With Mundine about to 'shrink' to light middle for his mid Jan bout with Medley, and Green a cruiserweight (albeit undersized), you'd have to think there was never less chance of a re-match.

    But...

IMO the lines of communication between the two camps are always pretty strong and kept up to date fairly regularly - their common pursuit is wealth, and Green v Mundine II = bucketloads of fairly easy $$$!

Danny has better short term options now than Mundine although there will be the crtics who will still say he's not worth it.
