It's kind of last minute - but everyone seems torn on the fight - so why not have another avatar bet in honor of our favorite mixed martial arts legend Randy Couture. Rules are simple - vote on the fighter you think will win and post your choice in the thread. Don't vote in the poll if you're not going to participate! If you vote - you're in - so you are forewarned! :hey The next person to take the opposing fighter makes their vote in the poll and they quote a poster with an opposing choice top lock the bet between the two. Example: I think Couture will win inside 2. And then someone comes along and quotes the person they are locking into the bet and follows with their own choice: "I'll take Vera by TKO." And voila! You have an avatar bet. Duration of the bet is for two weeks. Individual winners choose avatars for the losers.
I'm not voting because I want to be able to cheer for the old man with no distractions. This is an interesting match-up. Vera has a distinct edge in speed, and is a threat to ko Couture every moment there is some distance between the two. Though Couture may not be as powerful a puncher as Jardine, he is every bit as capable of taking Vera down and roughing him up.
