    I always thought Roger was a very very good fighter and underrated. He fought Chavez and rocked him a few times, and he did well and beat some good fighters. But the problem with Roger is he is totally into himself and his ego, and a guy like that cannot be a really great trainer. He cannot really help another fighter fully since his ego will get in the way of helping the fighter, and he wants the limelight. A great trainer has to be totally unselfish and think about his fighter. As far as I see it. He can be ok, but not 100 percent there.

    :yep naw man, I'm a Floyd fan through and through and I don't like the typical ******* that don't talk about boxing (devildoc, NotAnMMAFan, ect.), but I'm cool with ceasorborgie of course and Philla can surprise you a few times.

    But the ******* you will find off this site are some of the most ignorant and racist SOB you'll find

    I noticed that with Floyd a little in the beginning of his career. Floyd Sr. made him into a smart boxer and Roger more of a boxer-puncher and when Sr. took over again he tried to turn Floyd defensive again

    They give a nice story about it here in the beginning

    Floyd started off 15-0 with 13 KO's with Roger and then Floyd Sr. came and he got 2 decisions in a row in a much more defensive approach.

    I think it helped Floyd in a the long run and helped him become more versatile
